What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

When you contact us

If you call, text or email us, we receive what you send: your name, clinic, phone number, email address and message. We use it to answer you, schedule a Denial Audit, and follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Patient information

Please do not send us patient information by email, text, voicemail or this website. Muster accepts protected health information only from clinics that have signed a business associate agreement with us, and only through our secure system. If we receive patient information any other way, we delete it and let you know.

Clients

For clinics that use Muster, how patient information is used and protected is governed by the client agreement and the business associate agreement, not by this website policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email, phone and payment providers), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
